Often the parties are in grave disagreement but do not see a way forward, either to reconciliation or to parting. In all cases we do an exploratory investigation first, to look at the level of motivation to finding a solution of all the parties concerned. After that we move on to finding lasting solutions. Usually this will mean that, as well as the emotional aspects, legal, financial and administrative aspects must be taken into account.
