Benita Plesch (1948) is an experienced coach and consultant, with (top level) experience in both the private sector and the public sector. She has long term expertise in personal development, especially relating to leadership development. She brings her enthusiasm, analytical skills and real involvement to the table, to find the right solutions, together with the client.
Benita trained originally as an exact scientist. She is passionate about creating involvement and combining results-orientation and strategy with the development of the people in the organization.
Above all she loves innovation, new ideas and simple solutions.
Benita was born in 1948 in Manchester (UK). She has lived in The Netherlands since 1969.
Benita studied Physiology at Bristol University and Biology (M.Sc, Ph.D.) at the Free University in Amsterdam. Earlier in her career she was a research scientist, senior civil servant (including head of the Home Civil Service), management consultant, coach and trainer.
Benita lives in The Hague; she is married and has two children. In her free time she enjoys cooking and horseriding.
